Yamaha's Intermediate model flutes share similar designs as our Professional series—and incorporate many of the same features—yet are available at a lower cost due to innovative manufacturing techniques. They offer surprisingly high quality for their prices.

Yamaha's 300 series flutes are individually assembled and adjusted by hand. They feature the same design as the 400 series, with sterling silver headjoints, and nickel-silver bodies and footjoints. They offer full yet focused tone, accurate intonation, and a comfortable playability.
